Riverfront was recently awarded a grant for a Community Rehabilitation Program Rebalancing Initiative. Funding is provided through the Department of Health Services Division of Long Term Care. The purpose of this grant is to increase the number of people with disabilities working in integrated employment as well as address the large number of people working in pre-vocational programs in Wisconsin. Monies received will be used to train staff in systematic instruction, provide informational sessions to participants and their parents/guardians and to promote integrated employment with employers. Riverfront locations working with this grant are those with On-site programs including Jackson, La Crosse and Janesville.
