Founded in La Crosse, Wis., in 1977, Riverfront is a private, nonprofit organization helping over 1,700 people with disabilities realize their hopes and dreams. Our mission is to provide a continuum of innovative support for individuals with disabilities so they may live meaningful lives.

Riverfront Receives $1000 American Family Insurance Grant

Riverfront has been awarded $1,000 from American Family Insurance for our residential programs in Janesville. The funds were requested and will be used for home safety and fire protection assistive technology in Adult Family Homes.

Participants Excel with Riverfront Prevocational Employment Program

Success.  It's something we spend most of our lives pursuing in one form or another.  For people with disabilities, that pursuit often leads them to Riverfront's prevocational employment program.  This program helps participants prepare for all facets of employment in the community.  By working in the production facility, participants develop the skills and knowledge they need to secure employment int he community.  The program has been quite successful.
